I tried to get some help from Daystar EVS Shock bumpstops but they just slid over the top of the strut and caused a bit of fluid loss and split almost in two after 1 trip. I don't jump but the front end does get up some times and this is the result. I have OME springs and struts ala rockmolesters lift, Calmini strut extensions instead of a strut flip, and 31X10.5 tires
Any thoughts

If I remember correctly the OME springs are a 1.5" lift. If this is the case, the Calmini drop is for a 3" lift and will have the strut mount to low for the lift you are have. The strut upper mount flip is for a 1.5-2" lift and will work better for your set up. (assuming my memory is correct about the OME springs).

You can get 1.5 and 2" from OME but I have never seen anything larger. Doesn't CrickyMike work for ARB? If so I bet he could be the definitive answer.
Even if its the 2" with the strut mounts you will be exceeding the spring limit.

It does seem that the Calmini strut extensions are too long for the springs he is running.

Rockmolester stated he got about 4 to 4.5 inches of lift. He did flip the strut mounts but I figured since I had the spacers I would try them. I'll measure but what are the thoughts of the strut now not having enough down travel when one of the tires gets a little air. I shouldn't need a limiting strap right? I do like the fact those $20 EVS foam bumps saved me from busting through the strut mount, which was a previous issue.
Thanks

Another Zukiworld member put limiting straps on his front suspension with the OME struts. He found that maxing out the suspension caused the OME struts to self destruct.

maybe you could put a Bump stop on the lower A arm or inside of the spring? your shock does need more travel that's a given.

are there not stock bumpstop extensions on that model inside the spring? if so you could order some bumpstop extensions from bits4bits..
