Title: Seat Belt tack/pin/grommet/???

Anybody

a) know what that little pin in the seatbelt webbing is called that keeps the buckle from falling to the floor?

b) know where to get replacements?

c) have another solution?

You can probably get one from Hawk Suzuki.  Not sure where else you could get it from.

Well, they don't strike me as particularly reusable.  Plus, most cars have them.  It's not a strictly Suzuki thing..  But, as many cars as I've been in that had lost them, I can't believe how elusive replacements are.
