Title: seat covers
Post by: kansascitytracker on July 24, 2004, 09:09:10 AM
Anyone out there found some really good waterproof seatcovers? I am wanting to leave my top off all summer if possible. Especially the backseat, I can live with the bikini top on only. Don't mind the carpet getting too wet, or is that not a good idea (rot?). Any suggestions would be appreciated.

well, before my tracker was really mine it sat out back of my fathers shop for a about 2 to 3 years with out  a top on the back.  so the first thing i had to do(after i got it runnign and all tuned up) was tare every thing out of the inside of it execpt the dash.  i mean it had plants growing all over the back seat and floor.   soo its not a good idea to keep the top off in rain with a carpet and seats in it or they will mold and grow plants.

Pep Boys has some wetsuit matierial
seat covers for like $20, I've been
debating between those and some real
nice heavy covers that have the laceup
sides and nice pockets on it, but those
are $25 each, Wally World hase them too
but not in the color I want, about $15 tho
colors are Red, Blue and Grey, same with
the wetsuit covers

wet okole seat covers are custom made to order they are waterproof, pattern is for your cars seats. like they are factory.and you can order in any color.I have them in my tracker front and back. they are pretty expensive.about 200 for the front pair. but remember they are completely custom.and they are really awsome, wetokole.com
