Title: Trans mount 87 samauri

Should I worry about the front drive line contacting the trans mount I have about 6 inches of lift stock springs with spoa and shackle lift :)

Do you mean the cross-bar?  You should be fine.  Some people have run into a rubbing issue when they install some 'bulletproof' t-case mounts made out of poly spacers as they are shorter then the stock length but just double stack the spacers underneath the t-case and you should be fine.
