congrats, they seem like pretty capable trucks. one of my buddies had one, on his first run we went up to the top of Mt.Aerosmith in the middle of december (not a good idea seeing as he had bald A/Ts) got stuck at the top in about 4-5ft of snow, then some guy in a scout showed up and tried to pull us out only to get himself stuck too. Luckally i brought a cell phone and called my dad, so he came up in his winch equipped sidekick and saved the day ;D

Well i bought a 93 toyota pickup to drive. I'll post pics some time this week ;D
Bummer. Should atlest stuck with a SAS Yota ;D
My other riding buddy has a 85 4runner, Last year of the SAS and first year of the Fuel injection which I believe to be the best year to get.
-
Not to be an ass... but the 1985 was the last year of the SFA toyotas (solid front axle). There is no last year for the SAS (solid-axle swapped) toyotas, because people are still doing SAS's to this day. :)

Ifs rides good. This truck's going to the dunes quit often ;D. I cramed it down some trails i went down with the sammy and to my surrpise it made it thru :P. Now that i have a ligit tow rig im going to take a tracker. lock it front and rear leave it stock hight. Put some 27in swampers on it and beat the piss out of it. Im not worryed about the front end on the tracker becouse the smaller tires and low stance. As far as getting a old sfa toy. Living here in Michigan it's kinnda hard to unnless you dont care about boxed frames :-X. Give me allitle bit and i'll have pics. 8)

Sweet. :)
How many miles does it have on it? That seems like a pretty clean truck if it was driven much around here in the winter :o
-
It's a michigan truck. It has 197k on it but im the second owner. :D I like it alot. Hey man a road trip is in store 8) How far do you think your from silver lake? I think we could tow bar your track.
-
Not too far... silver lake's somewhere near Traverse City, no?
A friend of mine went there the other day and didn't tell me about it >:(
As soon as I get some TSL LTB's (soon, I hope) I'll be all ready for some dunes 8)
-
You can always get a kit to straight axle it, many companies make the kit.
-
Yotas make good trail rigs.I wheel my 84 just about any where. Plus with the camper shell on it you can haul a lot of stuff and not worry about the elements.(http://www.kielbassa.com/pictures/Back home003.jpg)(http://www.kielbassa.com/pictures/First MUD 05.JPG)(http://www.kielbassa.com/pictures/Second Mud 010.JPG)

I didn't know there was more built Track/Kicks around here other than Mac, Kreg and I. We should get together for a coffee some day and shoot the bull ;D

Oh and Toyota's are sweet trucks.
If I didn't own the Zuk, that would be my second choice.
Here's some pics of my friend's doing a crazy trail we recently cleared.

    "N"   ???
here in canada (not too sure about the US) u have to go through your "L" and your "N", when you get your licence you have to have your learners for a year >:( meaning i have to drive with someone over the age of 25, then your "N" (new driver) for another year or two (i believe) but at least when i get my "N" i can drive without a person 25 or older, but limited to number of passengers. :-/
-
My buddy had a 4X4 Tacoma and traded it off for a brand new Colorado 2WD, while he was taking care of the financing for his new ride, believe it or not, someone bought his 'Yota, before the dealership even detailed or did anything to it.
