How are you suppossed to use the hilift jack to jack your lifted zuki?
I just picked one up and went to test it out. I dont have my sliders welded on yet, so i have to jack it from the front or rear bumper but i cant really make it jack up just one tire...it trys to do either both front wheels or both rear. And it slips off really easily? any suggestions on how to use this popular tool?

Those tires strap attachments are very much worth the money.

You can't jack on the stock bumpers. If you have aftermarket steel bumpers then you could consider having tubes welded on take an adapter designed for a Land Rover 90.

A Hi-Lift Jack is used to get you unstuck it is designed to lift the vehicle either the front or the rear and then push it over to get it out of a rut or whatever.

I know, i was just curious as to how to use it to do an everyday tire change or whatever. Im guessing you have to use the tire straps and then put in a jackstand?

Pretty much, unless you have a bumper to attach it to. Even then a hydrolic jack you can put under the axle or front end is usually easier then using a high lift.

simply said that you have to be VERY CAREFULL.....I've changed my tires more than once and I make sure no one is close to the vehicle. I've used it alot to get me out of trouble....the push over the rut thing always gets people laughing.
