Just wondering guys im looking for more power im going to put .50mm over pistons and new oil pump and bearings. Do ill mild port on the head im just stuck on what cam to get now. I have a k&N intake , header and exhaust. Just wondering which cam is the best midrange cam.??/

Im not to sure on performance but. Isky is were it's as far as qulity

I think Calmini farms out there cams and puts their name on someone else's. Like their headers. Maybe someone else can verify this??

Hmm the isky cam is sold threw rocky road and i had bad service but it was just me getting impatiant

Call and ask! I'm guessing Rick Hawkins uses it in his Kick.
Also, I think that only Hawk has cams for the 16 valve engine.

I have been using the Hawk Cam for a while now, and it works just fine for me, it works from around 1000 - 4000rpm.

have you tried looking into colt cams. they are made here in bc, and are probably cheaper than the name brands. i know of a couple of folks who have them on there 8v motors, and they say good things about them, and they also make cams for the 16v too.
