i have a 1.3 and if i go with the 1.6... my carb will still work on that right? i have the 32/36 weber and a pacesetter header.

Depends.

Is the 1.6 an 8 or 16-valve?  8= yes, 16 = no.

cool! thanks! appreciate it. i just wanted to make sure that this new carb and header will work on the 1.6 8v when i do the conversion. i also got in the cs130 alternator conversion bracket and alt with plug harness and hope that will work on the 1.6 as well. well thanks for the info...now i gotta find me a used 1.6 i can build up. ;D
