Title: Recharging GV AC?

Hey, is it hard to recharge the Air Conditioning on a Grand Vitara?  What do I need?  How do I do it?  Is this a "user servicable" thing?

I dont know about out there, but you can not buy freon unless oyu have a license here >:( I have watched it done in a shop but they were using a cool machine that drains and recycles your old freon back into your system making less new freon needed to fully charge.
