Title: Stalling when not underload
Post by: crome on February 19, 2010, 11:14:22 AM
I have a 93 zuky 4 door it starts idles and runs fine when cold. Warms up it idles and runs fine under load but after 800 rpm it will go to the disired rpm then act like you shut it off until under a load again. just a 1-2 second delay then right back jumps up and down. put it under a load its fine, just a at mid rpm and no load. any ideas?    I have unhooked the EGR valve no change,

Is this an 8 Valve or a 16 Valve engine?

I think you might need to adjust or replace the
Throttle Position Sensor

You also have a Mass Air Flow sensor also, that could also be
a problem, and make sure it's installed the right way, it makes
a difference, even tho it's a heated wire type be careful
not to stick anything into the MAF, if you break the wire it will
not work at all
