Title: what lift and gears for my sidekick?

just traded my 87 sami for a 97 4 door auto sidekick. i wanna lift it with the ifs and its my daily driver. what lift, gears, and tires should i run?

what about engine mods? what exhaust(i like aggressive), how big? intake? chips or cam?
