Anyone else heading there next weekend? I haven't been there for two years. Nice, well organized course: mild, moderate, and holy $#!+ lines to choose from. The Track's capable of more, but I stick to the easy lines most of the time because it still needs to make it home after.
I only remember one other ViTracKick on the trail. A handful of Samis. Mostly modded Jeeps. Petroworks had a vendor's display and a couple of vehicles. Calmini was there incognito w/ a Full Traction display.
Let me know. I won't be there until Sat am.

Ya, I'm going, and so is Lrp_wicky with his bobbed off Tracker,
we have a group of mixed vehicles so look for us out there.
I don't know if Kevin ppltrack is going, or if Hutch is going to come
out either

Make sure to post some pictures of what it is like over there. It is always fun to see pictures from places off my usually stomping grounds.

These are not my photos, but you get the idea, I will post some
pics when I get back, and I'm going to mount a dash camera too

Hey Kevin, I'm not sure where we are camping, but we have 2 Track/Kicks in the group,
the one is bobbed tail and solid camo tan, and there is mine. I have a red/silver crew cab
F-350 and a white camper if you see it stop in and say hi, not sure if my phone will work
out there

OK darrin, I'm not shure where we are camping either. I'll look for you and ill be on CB chanel 21

I'll look for you all on Sat morning. I met some of the X-90 guys last year at ASMC. Their rigs will be easy to spot. You guys have a time in mind to meet up? I'll have the CB monitoring 21.
-
I don't have a CB, but I will be heading out to the TDS site on Friday afternoon,
I'll see if I can stay in sight of the road, and I'll try to stay on the side that the dust
isn't blowing on, if there is a wind blowing

Well this years TDS safari was fun. I didn't get to wheel with too many Zuks this year but it was fun no mater what. I did get to meet blacktrack99 but he was in a hurry, Darrin I talked to him on Fri. but never hooked up at the safari. We did get to take out a guy named Jeff who had never been to that area. He had a well built Sammy with a small NOS kit that would've been fun to try out. The only carnage of the trip was my pops busted a front axle but thats normal shit. Here are a couple pics

I've got a real nice video of a tubed out Sammy rolling over in the notches, but
it's like 83 MB and I want to convert it to MPEG or something less bulky

All hutch and I have done is wash it, oh wiat we did that on the way back to your house. So I guess It's still in the same condition as it was after the Wash. race. But we did get some new go fast stuff and a few odds and ends that we need to do. I think that getting back out wheeling did some good in the motivation department. I'm ready to get it back together.
Kevin
PS we are trying out a sammy and have been pleased with the desert testing so far

Sorry the Mrs. and I couldn't hang out w/ you all. We started the course early in the day; then, we drove to San Diego and bought an SX4. It was good to meet guys I'd only known by pics and posts.

Hey Eric, it was the softest landing ever. You didn't hear about our new super duper MEGAFLEX leafs and our secret Bilstien shocks! :P
