Title: Valves 1.6 16V

trying to adjust valves on 1.6L 16V and can't get any thing on the exhaust.
I know I'm kinda dumb and clumbsy, but to dumb to adjust valves?
HELP :P

just make sure the bumps are pointing to the otherside of the rocker contact surface on the stick (cam shaft)  for the upper 90 deg. rockers 180 deg off(away from the rockers) and pointing up for the lowers(away from the rocker)and yes some of the books are wrong on the firing order, number your cap to your rotor and wires with a felt pen, hope that helps!
