Title: 96 X90 2 fuse boxes?
Post by: SWEET ZUKI GOODNESS on March 09, 2010, 06:13:18 PM
Hiya all, I picked up an X90 in decent condition this week but am having a bit of trouble. I blew a fuse and can't seem to find the 2nd fusebox. I've found one under the hood but the one I'm looking for is supposed to be under the driver's dash. I haven't been able to find anything. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I know on SOME vehicles,  the 94 and newer chevy S10/blazers come to mind particularly...   the fuse box you're looking for isnt UNDER The dash, but on the side, hidden by the door.    also look on the right side, and in the glovebox.  sometimes these get put in some of the strangest places.

On my '96 Tracker, it's under the drivers dash just above the left knee. It has a blue plastic cover that has the fuse map imprinted on it, you pinch the ends & pull down to remove the cover. I think the X90 should be the same.

Hth,
