Title: engine swap from 16 vale to 8 valve 1.6

i bought an 1996 tracker the engine dosnt knock it hammers bad my 1990 8 valve runs great but the body and frmae is shot can i swap the 8 valve into the 16 valve 1996 body without major headaches

Get out the aspirin, not really, unless you could hybrid the MPI
system onto the 8v engine, the other option is to get a good
longblock 16v for the swap, and sell the 8v engine
