just wanted 2 know if i could use v8 jeep grand cherokee  springs on my 89 tracker?

 You can't use them on the front. Too light of a spring rate... You could use them on the rear, but you have to have the bottom of the spring modified to fit the spring cup on the axle properly. Or... You could cut off the old axle spring cups and get some for the rear of a 93-98 Grand Cherokee through Rusty's Offroad (rustysoffroad.com) and weld them onto your axle... That way it would give you just about limitless rear spring choices for spring rate/height...

i wanted to know if i could use them on the front and back would the jeep springs be a heaver duty spring because its a heaver vehicle?

Not heavy duty just higher spring rate, sidekick fronts are about 450 lb per inch
and rears are about 180 lb per inch, don't know what jeep springs are rated at
