Title: well these rims fit

My son In law, a great guy, says he has a set of brand new 15 X 8 with a 4 inch off set that I can have,

 well these fit with no lift ? and maybe 29 inch tires. if I add a 3 inch lift ?

life always has options, DAM, there free wadda I gotta do to make them fit     ( - 8

With no vehicle specifed and no bolt pattern provided - are you really expecting a coherent answer?  We 're not mind readers man.

your right,

 the bolt pattern is correct so they well bolt up, Im was just wondering if with this off set well the rims have problems clearing the leafs or tie rods, those out there running 29 inch tires what issues have you had with fender clearance.

Should be fine.  Might rub a bit on the back of the fenders when turning though.
