Title: Stealing seat belts from a Samurai?

Allright, i feel stupid for asking this but has anyone taken the seatbelts out of a Samurai and used them on a different vehicle?
Im just wondering if it is easy to take them out and put them back in?

I've seen the rear seat belts used in an FJ-40.  Seat belts are pretty standard items.
