I was driving home last night and my samurai bogged down and died while I was driving on the road doing like 35 or 40.... I tried to pop start it and it tried to start but just wouldn't stay runing ran like 100 rpm's... I pulled over took the aircleaner off and was looking at the carb (its a stock sami carb) there is a little black boot thats on the side of the carb and it split... gas is leakin out of thar spot... what can cause and what can fix this?

That is just your accelerator pump. They all leak there after a while. It sounds more like your fuel filter is clogged to me.

Yep, somthing as simple as a cloged filter, not to hard to replace or maybe its somthing electrical, or the obious, time for a carb rebuild. cheep and not realy that hard if you take your time.
