Title: T Case gears

I got a Tcase on a trade. it has a hole blown in it but the gears in it are suppose to be fine. He said they are like 4.1 to 1 I think. How do I check that?

put it in 4 low, rotate, count output and input rotation

What did the case come out of? If its for a trackick i might be interested.

If it's " got a hole blown in it " I'd check those innards out thouroughly, imo.  ;)
