Fuel injected Samurais have the pump in the fuel tank, I believe.

Older carbureted Samurais use a camshaft-driven mechanical pump, I KNOW!   ;D

Correct.  The fuel injected pumps are electric, in tank pumps, that can build 30-40 PSI of pressure, the carbed pumps build, what, about 3 or 4 PSI.
