where is the best place to get rearend setup/install kits for trackicks?

i just need to re bearing my rear thirdmember and hoing to put a locker in while in there.

You can order a full 3rd member from a company such as Trail Tough.  The easiest thing is probably to find a local shop that can do differential work, such as Randy's Ring and Pinion.  They should be able to install new bearings and setup your locker without issues.

With a good torque wrench and a vice you can set it up in your garage as well.
