What do you guys think of these tires I can get them for $159 each think it is worth it?
-
Or I can get the BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO For $143...what do you guys think?

Depends on what you need, both are great. If it's a daily driver that only sees a little trail use, I'd recommend the A/Ts, they wear better on road, get better gas mileage, and do pretty dang good in most situations, but they don't self clean as well. Need to do rotations very often as they're still pretty aggressive. If you do alot of wheeling and see lots of rocks and mud, then I'd recommend the M/Ts. They clean out well and have a strong sidewall, and they're not bad on the road. I see you're in Florida, so you don't really need to worry about snow/ice performance, but you do need to think about rain. The A/Ts are siped and that helps with hydroplaning, the M/Ts are not siped and may slide, even in light/medium rain when they're new.
For the record, I run the old style KM1s, and I love 'em. The KM2s are an improved design, said to give better fuel mileage, wet/snow/ice performance, and lower road noise.
Hope that helps, Matt ;)

Yeah man helps out a lot thanks! Price sound good to you too?

I had the old style Mud T/As on my K-5 Blazer. I got good wear out of them, but I did rotate them alot. I had open Diffs front and rear with these tires. It felt almost unstopable with these tires! I tried the A/Ts this time when the muds wore out. I love them on the pavement because they are quiet, but the old M/Ts are better in every other way. I now have an E-locker in the rear and a Truetrac in the front and it still feels nowhere near as sure footed offroad as it did with the M/Ts. It does'nt even do as good in the snow on pavement. I have easily ripped off chunks of tread on rocks. I will be going back with the M/Ts next time.

Yeah, that's a good price, actually cheaper than I remember. ;D

A friend of mine ran the MT Version of the KM2's before getting free tires for the Ultimate Adventure.. He absolutely loved them. Great on and off the road. I was impressed with how quiet they were on the interstate (for an MT)

Awesome thanks guys sounds like a good decision from all the good things you have to say I ordered a set of the M/Ts today should have them in a few days.
-
Let us know what you think compared to your current tires. :)
-
I have had the BFG A/T's on both my Wrangler and my current Tracker. On the Wrangler they were 31s and once they got fulled with mud it did slip around a bit. On the Tracker with the tires being 235/75/15s and the Tracker weighing less I've been very impressed with the A/Ts performance. I had to go up a steep muddy hill and made it with no issue. The guy in the Jeep behind me commented he was surprised I made it because all I had were All Terrains. I've been very impressed with them. My previous Tracker had Treadwright M/Ts and while it was a bit more capable it was noisy and not good in the rain. If I get another Tracker I'll likely stay with the A/Ts.

My previous tires were junk! So Will be a world of difference! haha
-
So what do you guys think? The back of the tires rub on the frame but barely what is the smallest spacer I can get I dont really like the tires to stick out to far.
-
Looks nice!
I put a set of KM2's on my Sierra a couple of months ago, and havent taken em in the mud yet. On the roads, the only thing I havent liked is they dont grip wet pavement well, especially when making an uphill right turn from a stop. But I think the off road traction will make up for it.
And, I paid alot more for them then the price you quoted. Set of four 265/75/16's ran me just over a grand.

Oak_Raid, what kind of pressure is in your tires?
Wild
-
10.50's, right?
Did you purchase locally or online?
-
10 ply LT tires, I run em at 60psi
-
60 PSI :o that's your problem, that size tire on a Suzuki
should be run at 15 PSI on the street, that's your wet street
issue

LOL, yeah it would be
I meant a GMC Sierra

OK, I think that's better, but still if you don't load it heavy
often you might want to reduce the pressure a little, like to
50, unless the tire placard says otherwise.
