Title: rear seat in samurai
Post by: fire0307 on June 08, 2010, 08:58:51 PM
I was wondering if anyone has pus a polaris ranger rear seat in a samurai. The ranger can have 3- 5 point harnesses in it. I have 3 kids and would like to make the suzie more family orientated.

I don't have an answer to your question about the polaris seats, but I have wondered about putting a third seat belt in the back.  I don't currently own a Samurai, but I'm looking to buy one just as a tow vehicle behind my RV. Can you fit 3 kids back there for short trips?

If they're skinny enough, yes you can.    the back seat is like 36" wide or so, so if they're not real big kids, they should fit.

Thanks.  My kids are skinny, but I still won't try to take any cross-country trips.  How are the existing seat belts mounted in the rear?  Are they bolted through the floor?
