RRO has been good to me, ordered on a Tuesday and got it the next Tuesday. Coming from Utah to Tennessee in a week seemed pretty quick to me. Like Eric said, I'd give them a call.

Also follow-up with a email through their website, stating who you talked to, what they said about the delivery, etc. Glenn is a stickler for pleasing his customers.
In running a business, it takes his time directly from dealing with customers themselves. Thus he has others do it. If it comes down to be for him to get involved, he will, just like other owners.
Don't give an attitude, just inquire with dates. Put all this info in the follow-up email.

I have only had good service from RRO. On a couple of occasions they were slow (2 weeks) but the product was worth the wait. And if anything, RRO in Utah has a bias against Californians (we take all of their water and invade their national parks etc.) Although I am fairly new to this bbs, I have never heard of any anti-Canadian comments from your southern neighbors.  :)

Call again. You never know, your call may be the first step to world peace ;)

I've also had great service from RRO.  Bought most of the stuff for my Zuk from them, and they have shipped promptly on stuff they had, and when stuff was backordered, they left me an e-mail letting me know when it would be in.

Don't quite understand why they wouldn't ship it if they have it ready to go unless there is a payment issue or a shipping address problem......

Small business owners don't usually jerk their customers around.  It is bad business... Get the facts and let us know.

The way you express your self on the board may greatly influance others openion about your situation.

Damn that doesent seem right. Not doubting what you said, but a package just sitting there ready to ship for two weeks when UPS, UPSP, Fed EX pick up daily :-/

If they had it just sitting there for two weeks, I would be wanting some answers. I would not raise hell, just call them and ask if it will be in the mail TODAY!!!

Explain to them that your are craped off that your shipment is not important enough for a drive down the road >:( Not to mention almost two weeks of having your money and no shipment :-/ What about UPS, they pick up :-/ Then Kindly let them know that you will call back tomorrow to get a confirmation of shipment, if you dont get it you expect a full refund to your pay pal account.

I still think there has to be more to it, parts not in stock that they thought they had, bad shippment to wrong address, lost package in the shipping department, etc... :-/

I also had very bad service twice from RRO. Ordered their body lift and coil spacers stuff in December 2002, changed my mind the very next day and cancelled the order, Glenn acknowledged the cancellation, but to my surprise they charged my card and delivered the cancelled order some day in late January 2003.

I didn't lose faith in them, so I ordered the Warn hubs last October, they charged my card the very same day, but  shipped the hubs by USPS only after 3-4 days. I called the USPS representative here (Greece) in mid November and they asked for the tracking number. I kept asking RRO for a tracking number for 2 weeks, but some ignorant employee there kept telling me that there is no such thing for USPS. By the time they finally gave me a tracking number, I had to pay keeping fees to Customs for  the goods, so I finally got the hubs paying twice their price.

Although Glenn likes Greece (Santorini island in particular), there won't be a third time for me for sure. >:(
