Title: Shock Question?

Anybody run there front shocks upside down ive seen it done is ther an advantage ?The reason bieng is my shocks are hittin the ubolt plates?

Will they work upside down? would that cause the oil to drain away from the valving? I know old bike shocks have to go up a certain way. Don't know about Zuk ones

I know you can run Doetch tech's upside down, some others won't work properly due to the aforementioned oil for the valving. Check with the manufacturer. The oil issue is the only deciding factor.

i think ill hi jack this thread sorry zuk1 :-[
would it make any clearence difference to switch out the calmini shocks on my sammy with lets say the rancho shocks on spidertrax. If im not mistaken the shock body is longer so could you gain and inch or so with those ? just pondering.
