How did you get an Aug 04 already :-/ You must have some good connections :P
I quit suscribing to multiple 4x4 mags because of noticing stuff like that in the articles. Same articles with slightly different pic's, just a few months apart >:(

WTF, THey put 20's on a vehicle they are going to wheel :-/  Looks GAY. I hope there is some advantage to it instead of BLING, BLING on the trail :-/
:-/Zig :-/

A set of 39.5/13.50-20 Iroks doesn't sound to gay to me. Unfortunately, I think they are going with the 36/13.50s.

well they said they are putting a solid axle in it so i hope the 20's leave and some beadlocks replace them.

What did I miss? Page 75 "Tough Country Toy"
" Wih the lift installed we went with BFGoodrich LT285/55R20LRD All Terrain TA's with Ultra Wheel Stargazer 20x9 Wheels"
If My sacnner worked here at the office I would scan the page, but it does not :'(

now look at the Ultimate Taco, page 100. "We decided on a low pinoin Dana 44..." and it also said that it would have 4 link and coilover-shock. unless i read wrong i think its going solid axle
stu
-
Looks like the same truck. I wonder why they did the lift, then doing the solid axle. I saw at the end of the ultimate toco where they stated the running larger tha 36's would strain the stock driveline :-/ I'm so CONFUSED :-/
-
well i think they just need to test that kit. they don't normally use lift blocks like they did.
stu
P.S. that thing dose look really gay with 20's ::)

36's! we put a 5.0 truck engine in a 87 yota on 42's with stock axles! one of are close friends had a carbed worn out one in then we put the EFI 5.0 in and he almost rolled it on his first test run! got a pic of the truck if i could ever figger out how to post it!
