I HAVE CALMINI 5:14-1 GEARS IN MY T-CASE AND ONCE I GET TO 45 MPH IT STARTS GETTING A HIGH PITCH WINDING NOISE. AND IN 4WL IT GETS LOUD AT HIGH RPMS. I PUT ALL NEW BEARINGS IN CASE AND ITS ALWAYS BEEN THAT AWAY ALSO IVE CHANGED THE GEAR OIL 2 TIMES NOW ITS GOOD AND CLEAN NO METAL SHAVINGS. AND NOW IM TRYING LUCAS GEAR OIL AND ITS NOT HELPING NEITHER. ANY BODY HAVE ANY IDEAS?

Sounds like a miss machined set of gears, they should make
some noise, but not as loud as you are describing

+1 the amount of angle intersection of the gear is crucial. They will howl every time if not lined up just perfect.

Same problem with my calmini gears. when I hit 60 the high pitch whine is brain piercing. :(

I've got Calmini gears in my tracker tcase and they're noisy, but only in 4wd.

Have you tried giving Calmini a call?

I hate to say this but I'm glad I got Trial Tough gears for the Sidekick,
they are quiet like they should be, sure there is a little noise but I never
thought it was loud or even abnormal, low gears make a little more noise
just from being low
