Title: Steering Column replacement
Post by: bingen on July 11, 2010, 03:19:26 AM
I have an 84 Suzuki samurai, called a 'beaver' here in the Philippines.  I think this is what is an SJ410 with a F10A motor.
I need a new steering column, what do you think besides a Suzuki item would fit?  Would a hilux/surf, nissan pathfinder (terrano), ...or what, as I can not get a brand new suzuki part at all.

The steering column from any SJ-410 or SJ-413 should work.  To swap in a Toyota Steering column is doable but will require some modifications to the steering shaft and your electrical system.

What went bad on the column?
