I was curious to wonder if anyone has actually dynoed their rigs. I know that as a car group we are not ones who normally care about our "break neck" speed, but I figured id ask. So if yo have or have an idea on where your hp sits. put your modifications and estimated or known hp.

Air to Liquid Intercooled Turbocharged 1.6 LTR 16v, Aprox 150 hp at 6 lbs boost.

8V Turbocharged intercooled Aprox 150 HP at 9 PSI boost

I think My HP number may be a bit optimistic considering your 9 lbs of boost. If I ran up to 9 lbs my engine would detonate like a grenade! Maybe 140?

No, I think you are on target, with a 16V engine you flow better, and
at 9 PSI you would be pushing about 200 HP, but you need more fuel
flow and low compression forged pistons to do that or you could nuke
your engine

Sometime down the road I plan on building a true Turbo engine ( I got a line on a complete 16 V cheap.) I'd like to use the correct low compression pistions and good rods, SS valves, and fuel it for 9/10 lbs boost. The problem is fueling it, getting the equipment to up the fuel is gonna be tough, maybe a rising rate regulator? I'd like to find something similar to the Megasquirt that I could piggy back into my system that would work with 9/10 lbs boost.

All you need is some bigger injectors, keep them in the high Ohm
range for the computers sake (current flow) and let it all work together.
I would suggest some 22-25 PPH injectors, increasing the fuel pressure
isn't really the way to increase to flow, it takes 4x the pressure to get
2x the fuel flow, bigger injectors are the way to do it

Sounds good Wild, Thanks!
