Just a quick note to port a picture of my finished project. 1986 SJ413 LWB
Custome made sliders/protectors, rear and front bumper... RRO 5" SPOA, 33 LTBs, 4:16 gears. Will post aditional pictures and details later.
Went for 1st test drive and everything worked perfectly, front bumper was being painted while we tested.

Nice! I particularly like the fiberglass top it is very "landroveresque" the rest of the truck looks good too.
-
very nice job! where did you get the hard top? i have never seen one of those before. would they work if you put it on a soft top model?
-
I bought the sammy with the top, it came from factory... I have seen 2 other like that here in Dominican Republic, as far as I know it is a Canadian model.
The sammy is a LWB, I'm sure it would feet any LWB, but not the a short wheel base.

Very Nice Sammy ! Next time the wife and I visit the beautiful Dominican Republic we'll have to look you up. Been several times, love it, especially when we get away from the resort and up into the countryside.

You know what.... now that you say it, I had a chance to think about it and you are totally right.. Finished project, that is just a dream.
