So I got a deal on a SPOA set up, Everything i need except drive shaft extensions. My biggest concern is I do not have factory leaf springs I have Calminis 3" leafs. I wouldn't mind going with the spoa with the 3inch springs but I dont know if i could run factory drive shafts with extensions or i would need custom shafts. I will be removing the CALMINI 2" shackle reverse setup and thinking about running trail toughs stock spring application bone shackle.
Any suggestions?

With those 3" springs in a SPOA configuration, plan on netting around 10" of lift over stock (with stock shackles). Your stock drivelines will not work (even with spacers). If they do, in fact, happen to reach flange to flange, the angle would be absolutely ridiculous and would vibrate your teeth out of your head.

Im not sure what to do then. I was thinking possible just setting it up and go from there. Maybe i can find someone willing to trade stock leafs for mine.

plan on all types of fun things to deal with when going from spua 3" lifted springs to spoa 3" lifted springs... driveshafts, steering, brake lines, shock length, ect....
I would get rid of the 3" lifted springs and get some stock springs before you even start... unless you want sto be lifted that high, then just plan on alot of projects to sort out the bugs.

I don't know where you are but I have a set of stock springs that I would trade for the shackle reverse if we didn't have to ship it. Or maybe the springs.

Drone: I dont need it but it wouldnt be bad. I use it mostly for mudding due to our flat terrain in NJ. so being high isnt a bad thing.
I have a drop pitman arm, OTT steering, rocky road shock mounts. Only thing i need is shocks and u bolts.
Finding parts for samurais where i live is very very hard to find, If I could get used springs that would be great but its nearly impossible. But for the price of new springs, i can buy custom drive shafts.

You can skip the shocks and u-bolts at first. Just swap your spring pads from one side to the other, then you can use the stock shocks all-round. I ran like that until I switched to an RUF kit.
