Title: Calmini lift
Post by: Toy Box on August 24, 2010, 07:57:10 AM
Why do i need 1" wheel spacers on a calmini 2' lift  on  Grand vitara?  Is this for the alignment

Yes it is because of the alignment.  Wheel spacers or a shallower backspaced wheel puts the correct leverage on the front end.

spacers are required to get an alignment.  adding them afterwards would defeat the purpose entirely.  The stock wheels do not provide enough leverage on the front arms/coils.
