I have been debating doing the sas on my 96 4 door. Im not a fabricater but i can weld. Leafs are easy just need the spring hangers and shackle mounts. After searching the web we can buy shackle mounts/spring mounts for a 2inch spring(samurai leafs) or a 2.5inch springs(YJ wrangler for cheap. I thought i would share this link for all the track/kick owners out there. SAS on a track kick is alot easier than people think with these springs mounts on the web.
Here is the link

You can also order springs from JC Whitney. Not sure about the shackles and hangers though.

Find a jeep wagoneer or J series pick up in your local junk yard. The frame brakets are easily cut off the frame of the jeep. I used both front and rear tabs from the jeep frame along with the shackle and springs from the jeep. The wagoneer and wrangler both use the same front springs. Just take the short leaf out of the pack to soften them up. here are a few pics of how I did it. I think I have less than $500 in the whole swap/lift. that includes buying the front axle and springs from the junk yard and getting the rear to the same height.
