Title: oil pan

can i change the oil pan gasket with out pulling the motor or removing the suspension?

Not sure what vehicle you are talking about, but either way, the answer is yes.  Trackicks are harder to do than samurais, but it can be done.
Oh, and I would never use a gasket on an oil pan.  RTV/silicone is the only way to go, IMO.

X2, use the gray silicone, it's designed for oil immersion applications

I prefer gaskets with some silicone on both sides, always have.
