good luck.... I talked to the new owners a couple months ago and they were talking about dropping the kicker line. the new owners are not off-roaders and said "theres not enough profit" from us off-road degenerates. call them, talk 'em in to keeping them.

they are a hot rod & Harley type shop.(big money type stuff) I cant remember there name right now. they are keeping the OTT web site for now but if you call they will give you there real web address. when I talked too them last they had one kicker4 box with out the shifter riser (only work with auto) and no plans for building more. I hope they have changed there minds!

Save yourself some headache and do the RingR.  I wish I did.  There's a ton more aftermarket support for toyota gearing.  My kicker 2 took 9 months to show up.  It sounds already like the new owners will have the same crappy customer support as the old owners (if not worse).  That could seriously F your entire build.

I was going to get the Kicker 3 so I looked into it and it turns out that the new company is only dropping the kicker 1! They will still make 2,3,and4. I also understand that they are turning them out much quicker than before. But they have raised the prices... surprise surprise.

called OTT the other day. They still are unsure about the kick3. Told me to call them at the end of Nov. New price is $1200 and did not want a core. I may just go with the undertaker.
