I've replaced the output seal 3 times and it keeps leaking. I first got a Timken seal from Napa, then 2 National seals from Rock Auto. The drive shaft is good and smooth no nicks or grooves in it, oiled it good and it slides right in. Maybe get a Suzuki OEM seal and try? Thankfully it's not hard to change out. Any ideas ???? ??? Thanks

What trans? My auto always leaked, also if you are lifted the slip yoke
might be oscillating and wearing out, or just allowing oil to leak, also
is the oil level (man trans) over filled?

Sorry manual trans. not lifted. I just changed the oil in trans. after 3 rd. seal thought that should do it. Filled it till it was at the bottom of fill hole.

Lifted truck too? How about the oil level?
