does anyone know where I can info on how to do a front knuckle rebuild? I have a bad inner seal on my drivers side and bad wheel bearings on both sides causing a death wobble so I picked up a front knuckle rebuild kit from lowrange while I was in provo the other day. I am also picking up an axle from a buddy up here so I can have an easier time doing everything.
Any info would be very much appreciated.

Go to acksfaq.com and search knuckle rebuild. There is a great write up with pictures on knuckle rebuilds from izook. For that matter check out acksfaq for pretty much anything you need to know, it's a great site.

thanks guys for the help so far, im just hoping I can get everything in the way it should be. I picked up an axle housing with the steering arms today from tai weaver and I am going to get some axles and other things so I can build one and just swap it in.
Is it nessesary to remove what little rust there is on the axle housing or do you guys think that rubberized undercoating would be good enough to stop it from progressing?

Hit it with some rust converter, it turns rust to a hard
black oxide primer that you can paint over

thanks man I just found some eastwood stuff I had and I will try some of that and then paint over it.

ok so I hit it with rust converter and sprayed one coat of rubberized undercoat on it tomarrow another coat. will I run into any problems moving all of my parts to a new axle? ok so please forgive all the questions since I havent REALLY worked on a vehicle for a long time. is there a gasket that goes between the axle housing and the third that I need to get or is it metal to metal? I really hope I dont run into any problems and have to buy more at this moment than the knuckle rebuild kit I got from lowrange.

Just gray silicone (lightly) between the axle housing and the 3rd is all
the factory uses, same with the oil pan on the engine
