Wow things have been going slow. My Tracker came from Penns. so all the bolts are seized in the rubbers in the A arms and the Trailing arms.
Anyways my question is where exactly do I grind the lower shock mounts?

I ground off the entire shock mounts when I did mine. I made sure the "pad" on the axle was ground completely flat. I made new mounts that were longer and then welded them on the back of the axle with the new shock hanging from it's top mount to make sure it was in the right place. I do not know what the instructions say as I didn't have any but it worked quite well.

I did have instructions but alot of times that doesn't show exactly what to do. (Calmini)
Maybe I should already know what to do. I think I do, but I need re-inforcement
