For everything else, they suck, though :(

I'm using the rear flares off a CJ on mine all around. They fit not bad and are pretty tough too

whats the average fine cost... US or cdn $
i took my sami flares off and cleaned it all up, and it looks damn sweet with the tires sticking out... ALMOST looks like i have toy axles (to the very untrained eye)
i have those utility trailer ones i talked about waiting to be fitted... but i might just leave it for now

If you are looking for something cheap, easy to repair, and will help keep Da Man off of your back heres what I use. This is on a Sammie but should adapt to just about any vehicle with some sort of a lip or flat surface around the fender, and they flex back into shape if you get to close to a tree, rock, cop car, etc   (http://www.kielbassa.com/pictures/fender flairs013.jpg) This is with Toyota axles and 10"rims.    MUTANT ZUK

An option to look into is getting the vehicle licenced as a specialty / collector vehicle. For example, in Oregon one can license their vehicle as this type and the mudflap / fender flare rules do not apply (a few people that I know are testing this theory now...  So far, it has worked like a charm). The downside is that you get only 3000 miles of driving per year and you need to have a mileage log on you at all times... but if it's a trail only rig that kind of mileage may be acceptable. Anyway, it may be possible that your state has something similar.

Something to look into.

Im running GM flairs.  They are made for lots of models and you just trim to fit.  They are available in a couple widths also plus they are super easy to put on.

I just recieved mine from FedEx they're cheap at $54.00, When they arrived I did a trial fitting and they'll work with trimming the length and that's all. I'll post a photo of them when I get them installed tomorrow.
