ok so does anyone know where I can get both a reverse light switch and a 4x4 light switch? or does anyone have some that they would sell cheap? I went to autozone and they can find them and I cant see them on jcw.com
-
i might have a 4x4 switch i dont need. I'll check tomorrow. otherwise, you could hit a pick-n-pull junk yard. do they have any near where you live?
-
i dont know about the reverse switch, but the 4wd switch is same as tracker. just different connector. splice your old connecter onto a trackick switch and you're good.
-
There's a few junk yards here, but no sammis. In fact, the only thing resembling a samurai is a tub.
FYI, the reverse light and 4wd indicator switch are the same >:D
RockAuto.com has the reverse switch:
BECK/ARNLEY Part # 2011812 - $10.30 + $5.20 shipped to Woods Cross, no tax ($26.32 shipped for two of em)
Napa too:
ECH NS6504 - $18.99

thanks guys. Andre I apprecaite the numbers and all I will check them out. The last owner also messed those up for somereason by cutting the wires at the base of each switch so I cant splice the wires in.
-
They might have simply torn off. I've had a couple of sensors break right at the base.

I checked the spare I have and one of the wires is busted off flush with the base of the switch so it won't do you any good. If those ones from Rockauto fit, that's a great price. Not worth screwing with used ones.
