depending on how much you fabricate yourself, $200-400
should do it

can't you just bolt a trackick steering box right up? then just figure out something for a pump.

No, you would need to drill out your frame or build a new mounting system.

LowRangeOffroad.com has everything you need.

You can source the pump, steering box, reservoir, brackets, lines, etc from a junkyard.  I paid $25 bucks for all that from my local yard. 

You'll then need a v-belt pulley, frame bracket and rag joint eliminator (or use the sidekick steering shaft).
