How about a photo holding or tapeing one up against side of your car? I am interested in how the tabs at bottoms look. My sliders may be a problem.

I can get a pic like that in a couple days. But untill then, this might help answer your question-
If you're familiar with the factory plastic rocker panel covers, they're the same as those, they're molded to match up to, and utilize the center piece. They mount using 2-way tape around the top edge(I'd recommend 3M) and screws underneath, very similar to a body kit on a car. When I was going to use them(before the truck broke) I was going to trim off that bottom part that goes into the rocker panel as I had started a box tube rocker panel replacement.

They have them on Ebay. Search for Tracker flares. They come from South America I believe.

Were these the Indonesian ones? How do they fit around gas filler door?

Yes they were. The Filler door needed to be modified to open with the flare in place. It needed to be cut & operate on a trimmed hinge.
They were pretty awesome, I'm sorry I sold them now as I'm wanting to buy another Trackick - my search for a 99+ Track/Vit is coming up short & drawn out.
