Title: bigger tires

Hey everyone, Pondering the thought of 32X11.5R15's
and 5.83 gears, Will this cause me to snap my frontend parts with my diff welded or should i go with 32X9.5R15,s instead of the 11.5's.

narrower tires are going to bit harder on dirt and mud.  on rocks wider tires bite harder so...

I was meaning if i use the wider tire will i have axles
or cracking diff problems. But just so yous know 90%
of my running is mud and gravel road runnin.

What style tire are you looking to run.  Swamper TLS-SX or Mud radial.  Either will stress the front kick carrier's weak pinion mount webbing in reverse.  But the lighter mud radial would be less rotating mass with less cleat, and maybe = less breakage.  On the Sammy Kick and other similar rides drive train parts are often snapped when the wheel is turned sharp (exposing the weak point of the drive line) and a spinning tire hooks up unexpectedly (Body / frame contact, or grabbing a root / rock).    

I Guess either size tire would be Ok.  Drive train life will improve if the body / frame is well clear of the tire and you are easy on the gas when the wheel is turned sharp or if you are backing up.   Expect to break somthing but try to drive smart and avoid it.  1- small tug with a strap from a buddy is quicker easier and cheaper then replacing broken drive line parts.   Know When to say When..
