Well I just bought a pair of XL7 coils from the salvage yard for $60. I just put them in. They added 1 3/4inches of lift in my rig. I am not running a sway bar so I am very pleased to say that body roll was greatly reduced which is what I was really after.

I run 'em.  At first I kept my stock springs with (squished-to-hell) Rocky Road spacers on them.  When I finally swapped the XL-7 springs in, not only did I get as much lift as I want, the ride also smoothed out A LOT.  Body roll also increased significantly (and I'm running the XL-7's front sway bar), attributable mainly to the higher center of gravity I imagine, but I couldn't be any more pleased.  Shoulda done it a long time ago.

So, I can vouch for them if you're running the V6.  Can't speak to the effects if they're used with the 4-cyl.

So are you running XL-7 coils and a spacer lift??

Not on the front.  That was too much, the stock struts were basically maxed, plus \.../ .  Just the XL-7 springs on the front, and stock springs with 2" spacers out back.

I'm crappy with a camera, but it looks something like this:

Swapped in not only the V6, but pretty much everything except the body, frame, interior, and gas tank, including every wire but the fuel pump pigtail..
