I have a 99 Chev Tracker 2 door with the 2.0 l 4 cyl. I presently have a cracked manifold gasket. I am smelling exhaust fumes inside the truck as I drive. I work for a Toyota dealership & the mechanics have told me that my manifold is cracked. I have been searching for a header, but am having no luck trying to find one. I have one on my 89 Tracker with the 1.6l. A new manifold is $1500 cdn, or $750 used cdn. I'm not interested in putting a used one on for obvious reasons. I live in Winnipeg Canada & am in dire need of something. No one here wants to run the risk of repairing this cast manifold.
If somebody could please point me in a direction to finding a header. That would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

A well repaired manifold should be no problem, use brazing rod instead of
welding the cast, or call Hawk's at 1-888-samurai and see if they have a
good used one for less than the cost of a used Tracker

They currently have a couple of 2000 Molel 2.0 Trackers... One with only 50K on it... Give them a shout before I buy all the crap off of it :P
