Not to sidetrack you but what radiator did you use? Maybe it'd be easier to lower the mounts for that instead? I've placed radiators for V6 GV in sidekicks with no body lift... and body lifts really make the vehicle feel and handle 'loosie goosie' and also crush the body mounts on the frame over time resulting in poorly fitting doors, cracked windshields, squeaks and rattles.

Just a thought...

As for the box tube body lift, you can look in our archive at the 3" Calmini body lift article... It's old but it'll show you with pictures what you're trying to do, I think...

From Project "Tricker Kicker" http://www.zukiworld.com/month_020101/feature_trickkick_01.htm (http://www.zukiworld.com/month_020101/feature_trickkick_01.htm)

Good luck, Eric

here ya go...i had to move the rad. forward as much as i could to clear the electric fan,..also i cut off the original 1.6 radiator mounts to get this one to drop down further,...other than purchasing an exspensive custom rad.,..body lift seems to be my only answer...
