Title: Sidekick w/ 2" susp lift, which longer rear shocks or other parts needed?
Post by: reese on January 10, 2011, 05:48:33 PM
I am about to install a 2" suspension lift on my 4 door Sidekick and want to get longer rear shocks, what does anyone recommend? I read the 1991 ford crown victoria rear shocks work, is this true? Do I need any driveshaft spacers or does the yolk have enough travel? Do you need the camber bolts for the front? Are there any other parts needed? Any advice greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Erik

shocks fit i think 1985-2000 crown vic (most guys just ask for 91) no drive shaft spacer needed. front needs either camber bolts or grinding of the front strut lower holes.

this has been discussed several times on the board over the years.

what lift is it? if its jeffs spacers it comes with detailed instructions of what is needed to complete the install
