Title: water sloshing sound behind dash

88 samuri i am hearing water sloshing behind the dash water on the floor how to drain? what kind of screen do folks put over the vent at the bace of windsheild :-[

under the hood on the fire wall there is 2 rubber elbow looking things blow some air up them  there pluged and thats the drains to get that water out as for a screen i havent found anything yet i like

Yeah there are two elbows that direct water from that air inlet back through the firewall and dump out on the engine side. They can get clogged and will fill up that airbox and leak into the driver's compartment. Just take a second and clean them out and I bet your problem will be solved...

As for a screen I use 2 two inch wide magnets. That keeps mud and water out when playing, plus keeps all the leaves and pine needles out. A big plus for the heater core!!
