Title: Can a samurai haul a small trailer

I read the samurai has a hauling capacity of 1000lbs.  Has anyone hauled a trailer?  Does the Samurai struggle pulling weight?

Not my rig and it has a 16v conversion, but it is a pretty cool little trailer setup:
